Meeting the Needs of Adults with Disabilities in Ogle County Since 1969

The Village of Progress, Inc., works with Ogle County adults with developmental disabilities to challenge them to reach their potential at work and in the community, so that all Ogle County Adults with developmental disabilities feel valued and respected.

Since 1969, the Village of Progress has been serving adults with developmental disabilities in Ogle County. The people we serve are provided with a place of mutual respect, a place where they have a voice, and an opportunity to create purpose in their lives. We strive to offer innovative vocational skills, exceptional recreational programs, and engaging social activities, to each of the men and women who attend the Village of Progress.

The Village of Progress, Inc., believes that all people should be treated with respect regardless of intellectual or physical disability. We believe that interaction with the community, even one person at a time, has value in changing perception about those with developmental disabilities.
