Jeff Glen joined the Village of Progress Board of Directors in 2014 and currently serves as the Board’s president.

Jeff is a life-long resident of Rochelle. After graduating from Northern Illinois University with a major in business administration Jeff began to work at First National Bank and Trust Company of Rochelle. He worked his way up through the bank to Senior Vice President. When First National was acquired by Central Bank Illinois out of Geneseo in 2017, Jeff was promoted to the position of Market President for the Rochelle, Oregon and Ashton region.

Jeff has been married for 34 years to his high school sweetheart, Michele, and together they have two grown children: Justin, and Megan, and one grandson.

In addition to being the president of the Village of Progress board, Jeff has been involved in church for many years and he is the Lay Director for the Tres Dias Christian Ministry in Rochelle.
